Now that I have said all that, let me tell you what we are really doing here in the Dominican Republic. Our course graduates earn a certificate naming them as a Minister of Health. That is what they are and that is what they do, they MINISTER HEALTH to the world. But we are not going to do it “one person at a time.” We will have to do it thousands of people at a time with each Minister of Health doing his part.

Out Ministers of Health are completely new kinds of people. They are far beyond anything the world has ever seen before. They can do what all churches seek to do and what medical doctors claim to be doing. They can actually bring about healing. Of course, they don’t heal. The MMS is used by the immune system to heal the body. Our Ministers of Health merely know the correct protocol for maximum efficiency for the immune system.

It was my dream that we would just be able to give people the MMS and they could take it and be well, but that didn’t happen. I slowly realized that unless MMS was used correctly with each disease it didn’t work very well or it didn’t work at all. I found that writing instructions and books and all that helped, but people really need the training to understand the MIRACLE that MMS really is.

And when you have seen more than 1000 people overcome their incurable disease (as I have) there simply is no other word that you can use to describe MMS. It is a MIRACLE and it is a MIRACLE that mankind now has MMS. I didn’t invent it, nor did I create it, nor did some higher intelligent spiritual being reward me with it. I just happened to discover it while in the jungle. There are a lot of people that would have done as I did, bring it to the world once it was discovered. Of course, there are some that wouldn’t have done that, but at least I was in the group that would do it.

And now enter the CHURCH: I knew that we would need to protect our Ministers of Health. Don’t you think so? They are unique on Earth at this time. They eliminate the need for most of the drugs of mankind and most of the medical groups. Like it or not that marks them as dangerous people so far as about 40% of the industry of mankind is concerned. So that’s why the Church came about to protect our Ministers of Health.

But then I also realized that the common people, all of us, need protection too. There are vaccinations (I have horror stories of what happens to adults and children after vaccinations) that the governments try to force on us, the forced insurance which like it or not reduces our standard of living. This law that has already been signed into being says we will need a doctor’s prescription to buy more than, for example, 30 mg tablets of vitamin C. All vitamins will be regulated the same way.

They are now being drastically limited. We will need prescriptions for herbs, and we cannot tell people to use MMS – as well as dozens of other things. Do you realize that the government is now taking over 4 billion dollars of private property each year with no way to recover that property? The people need something to stand between them and the oppression of the governments. The Church idea was something that, if we did it right, we could make that happen: a protection from the government. Over the years, much longer than you would believe, I have looked for something that would protect people from the governments.

I settled on the church idea since the laws of the entire world, for the most part, have been recorded to protect churches. (In other words, the religions of mankind.)

But there is more to it than that. Just think, our Ministers of Health, acting legally as a Reverend, can offer to heal people for free, and explain that we accept donations only when the person is well. Then people who have just become well are happy and willing to donate more than they normally might. Our Ministers can open chapters of our church and heal people for free. They can have lectures Sundays or weekday evenings telling how to use MMS and how to stay well. We will have prepared lectures for our Ministers. The word reverend and the prefix Rev in front of one’s name will really mean something to the community after one has healed several sick people. The Genesis II Church of Health and Healing will be the place where people go to get well when they are sick and a place to go to stay healthy when they are well. This concept is completely new but is taken from all of the old, accepted concepts of religion.

We will be the first church that can really do the main thing that churches are supposed to do – at least what Christian churches are supposed to do.

Jesus Christ gave the command, “Go ye, into all the world and heal the sick!” Now don’t worry, we are not going to get into religious things or any of the teaching of religion. Just remember, we are doing what other churches are supposed to be doing. You don’t have to have special beliefs of any kind to belong to the Genesis II Church. All you need is to believe in doing “Good Deeds” and “always doing what is right.”

Our Articles of Association list the beliefs that many of us in the Church believe, but there are no regulations that says anyone has to believe any of them. And anyone can belong to any other church that they wish for their spiritual beliefs. Our special beliefs are doing good deeds and healing people.

Basically our Church is where the people of the community go to stay healthy. They can get their Cleansing Water (MMS) at the church or from the Minister or Deacon in return for donations.
