We accept all Credit Cards via Paypal. After receiving your payment we will contact you via email. You should have the following information ready:
1) The full name you are using, birthdate and place, place of residence and the email address you wish the evaluation reports send to. Additionally a face picture will increase the accuracy of the results (jpg, gif, png).
2) You can choose up to six filters in descriptive (short) form. This can be symptoms of concern, a description how or what you feel when…
For example:
- I feel strong pain in my right leg, when I walk up the stairs
- I am depressive and can not rest at night. Often, I feel so down when I am on my job.
- Permanent sneezing, cough and terrible head aches. Antibiotics don’t help me anymore.

Please pay special attention to those filters. They are important and must come from you. If you are doing an evaluation for a child, ask the child how, what, and where the problem is.
